This, just this, the livingness from which all appears, is the subject of this blog.
Without it, I can't think a thought - this body would die. So totally taken for granted, so ubiquitous and ordinary.....but when valued anything but ordinary!
Because it's always here and can't be found by seeking or processes in time, this presence is non-dual.
This presence is the "what remains" after so many notions, beliefs and spiritual systems have fallen away......my notions of enlightenment, God, of where practice would take this "me" - all gone, except as metaphors and occasional means of communication.
